Analytics and Measurement Lead

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong, advanced-level GTM and GA4 experience
• A real understanding of server-side tagging and modern measurement architecture
• Experience building measurement plans and data-layer/event specs from the ground up
• A track record tracking journeys across multiple domains and systems
• Consent-aware analytics know-how, including cookie consent/GDPR and advertising conversion signals
• Sharp debugging, QA and data quality instincts
• The ability to turn technical measurement into insight non-technical stakeholders can actually act on
• Experience setting standards for, and supporting, less technical regional teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead Group-wide measurement strategy, tagging standards and governance
• Implement GTM and server-side tagging hands-on
• Define event, data-layer and conversion-tracking standards across a large, multi-site estate
• Map measurement across complex journeys, websites, booking engines, PMS/PIMS systems and marketing platforms
• Work out cross-domain tracking, offline conversion measurement, QR-code attribution and campaign identification
• Make sure paid media gets reliable, consent-aware conversion signals
• Own QA and data quality across the board
• Work with Growth, CX and Content teams, turning their questions into measurable outcomes
