Technical Business Analyst Capital Markets Contract Dublin

Requirements:

• We require experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working across different technologies and lines of business.
• We require demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and in translating business requirements into solution design proposals using modern UI/UX design principles, including responsive design.
• We require several years of commercial experience in Global Markets and financial products, specifically Equity, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, and how they are structured.
• We require strong communication skills and the ability to drive dialogue with business stakeholders globally.
• We require strong data analysis skills and the ability to present findings to business users appropriately.
• We require proficiency and experience using SQL for data querying and analysis in large, complex database systems.

Responsibilities:

• We work on key initiatives for our Compliance users across EMEA, Asia, and America.
• We understand business requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting rules.
• We perform business analysis and define technical requirements.
• We produce functional designs and specifications across systems for Large Shareholders Reporting, Short Selling Reporting, Take-Over Panel Reporting, and Issuer Requests.
• We translate business requirements into solution design proposals.
