Requirements:

• Previous experience in a system administrator or 1st line helpdesk role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide support specifically for Oracle Fusion
• Carry out fault finding
• Perform system testing
• Carry out system configuration
• Create new users
• Implement security updates
• Process data
• Support the back end of monthly payroll and BACS payments
• Carry out any other required tasks

We are recruiting for IT Helpdesk Advisors on a temporary basis for our public sector client. The role is based in Edinburgh City Centre with hybrid working, and remote working may be considered. This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible for a duration of 6 months with a possible extension. The pay rate is £18.34 to £21.56 per hour.
