Requirements:
  • Strong experience delivering QA and testing activities within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience across functional and non-functional testing disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation and modern testing tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing approaches.
  • Experience of risk-based testing and test lifecycle management.
  • Ability to analyse quality data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and competing priorities.
  • Experience with AI-enabled QA and testing tools.
  • Experience implementing shift-left testing approaches.
  • Knowledge of test data management solutions.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and outsourced testing services.
  • Experience within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching QA practitioners.
Responsibilities:
  • Embed QAT strategy, standards and tooling within delivery teams.
  • Ensure consistent testing approaches across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and BAU activities.
  • Drive adoption of risk-based, shift-left and modern QA practices.
  • Support implementation of AI-enabled testing and test automation solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
  • Define, monitor and report on QA metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide insight into defects, quality trends, coverage gaps and delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure alignment to QA standards and ways of working.
  • Support governance, audit and compliance activities, including adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the wider QAT community through mentoring, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
