Transactional Product Manager, Professional Services

Salary: £100,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a complex, professional global environment
• Consulting experience with transactional-type business models
• AI experience, preferably with launched Agentic AI related products, with proven examples
• Familiarity with AI/ML or data extraction such as NLP preferred
• Understanding of how to set up AI agents
• Experience communicating with 3rd party suppliers and getting the best out of them
• Global experience and willingness to work outside a standard 9am to 5pm structure
• Strong passion for new technologies
• Knowledge of developing, analysing and designing digital products and software applications
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Agile
• Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication and collaboration technologies
• Effective teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity
• Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills
• Experience from a heavily regulated environment such as Accounting, Financial Services, Fintech, Legal or Assurance is essential

Responsibilities:

• Join our global Professional Services business as a Transactional / Financial Data / Agentic AI Product Manager based in Central London
• Work mainly from our Central London offices approximately 3 to 4 times per week
• Help formulate a plan to bring the best parts of 3 products into one
• Keep stakeholders happy while working across several development teams
• Retain client data and grow new data sets
• Transform a product through emerging AI and data technologies
• Evolve a product for the future of AI-powered decision making
• Plan to embed AI agents and tag them with the right amount of knowledge for complex transactional and data information
• Communicate the product strategy to the business ready for launch
• Get the best out of multiple development teams and third-party suppliers
• Deal with extremely experienced business stakeholders globally
• Handle last-minute changes to priorities and deliver key solutions
• Be prepared for early or late global calls as needed
