Requirements:
  • Experience supporting adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, digital workplace tools, productivity platforms, AI/Agentic tools, or enterprise technology
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Viva, SharePoint knowledge management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases, prompt guidance, agents, adoption barriers, and user support needs
  • Strong communication, facilitation, training, user engagement, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create clear guidance, use cases, FAQs, playbooks, and adoption materials
  • Experience tracking usage, feedback, training, adoption activity, and benefits
  • Ability to work with business users, Technology teams, L&D, Communications, Security, Data Governance, and external partners
  • Strong awareness of data privacy, information security, oversharing risk, and responsible AI use
  • Experience with enterprise change management, champions networks, digital adoption platforms, or training delivery
  • Experience supporting phased rollout to large user populations
  • Experience measuring productivity benefits, time saved, quality improvement, or user satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and information protection
  • Experience in infrastructure services, utilities, transport, telecoms, water, or field operations
  • Familiarity with service adoption, ITIL, or change frameworks
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the adoption, enablement, and value realisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Group
  • Help turn the Copilot rollout from a licence deployment into a structured productivity and capability programme
  • Ensure the right users receive the right support, training, communications, use cases, governance, and feedback loops
  • Work with the AI Portfolio Manager, AI Enablement & Adoption Lead, AI Solutions Lead, Technology teams, Microsoft partners, L&D, Communications, Security, Data Governance, and business sponsors to drive safe, measurable adoption of Copilot
  • Help define personas, prioritise cohorts, build champions, capture use cases, monitor usage, gather feedback, and evidence value
  • Own day-to-day Copilot adoption planning, cohort readiness, training coordination, user engagement, champions support, communications input, use-case development, feedback collection, adoption measurement, and benefit tracking
  • Support the migration away from MAGI, helping users understand the approved Copilot approach and working with partners to ensure rollout activity is practical, safe, and measurable
  • Act as a specialist adoption lead for Microsoft 365 Copilot and guide AI Champions, Copilot users, and business stakeholders
  • Support the phased rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Group
  • Help define user cohorts, personas, business readiness criteria, priority groups, and adoption waves
  • Maintain Copilot rollout status, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions with the AI Portfolio Manager and programme stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Technology teams, Microsoft partners, and internal stakeholders on rollout planning, readiness, communications, and adoption activity
  • Support the transition from MAGI to Copilot, ensuring users have a clear path, guidance, and support
  • Support the development of an agentic marketplace to encourage the widespread adoption and use of certified Copilot agents
  • Develop and maintain Copilot guidance for different user groups, including executives, EAs, managers, knowledge workers, analysts, and operational support teams
  • Coordinate practical training, demos, clinics, webinars, and user support materials
  • Align Copilot training with the wider AI literacy programme
  • Create and maintain prompt guidance, examples, FAQs, how-to content, use-case libraries, and success stories
  • Support AI Champions with materials, updates, community content, and escalation routes
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify practical Copilot use cases that improve productivity, quality, consistency, decision support, and knowledge work
  • Prioritise Copilot use cases by value, reusability, ease of adoption, risk, and relevance to user personas
  • Capture evidence of adoption, usage, feedback, time saved, quality improvement, and business value
  • Include Copilot benefits in the wider AI portfolio and executive reporting
  • Identify where Copilot is not suitable and where another approved tool, automation, workflow, or data solution is required
  • Track Copilot adoption metrics, user feedback, training attendance, champion activity, use-case maturity, and adoption barriers
  • Identify where additional support, communications, training, governance, or technical readiness is required
  • Produce regular adoption updates for the AI Portfolio Manager and relevant programme forums
  • Capture lessons learned from pilots and early adopters to improve future rollout waves
  • Monitor common issues, misconceptions, and user needs, and translate them into improved guidance
  • Ensure Copilot adoption activity reflects our approved AI, data, privacy, security, and information governance approach
  • Work with Data & AI Governance, Information Security, and Data Protection to ensure guidance is clear on responsible use, data handling, sensitive information, and escalation routes
  • Reinforce the position that Copilot is the default enterprise productivity AI tool unless other tools are formally justified and approved
  • Support communication of what Copilot can and cannot be used for within Group
