IT Service Engineer

Salary: £28,487 - 33,666 per year

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a similar field-based IT services role.
• Experience working across multiple customer sites.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A flexible approach to working hours and locations.
• A full, clean Irish or European driving licence.
• The right to work full-time in Ireland, including a valid visa where applicable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A professional, reliable and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site maintenance and technical services in line with customer requirements.
• Carry out projects, break/fix, IMAC activities, software upgrades and equipment decommissioning.
• Complete general remedial and shop-fitting works where required.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, Helpdesk and internal Project/Field Service teams.
• Handle payment devices in accordance with PCI and P2P requirements following appropriate training.
• Record stock usage, equipment deployment and service activity accurately.
• Complete relevant documentation and provide regular updates through mobile applications.

This is a varied, customer-facing field-based role covering Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Kilkenny, with a 37.5-hour working week and a 1 in 3 weeks on-call rota. We offer a salary of €33,000-€39,000 plus company benefits, along with the opportunity to develop technical and project experience within a growing organisation.
