Full Stack Application Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

• We need someone with a strong understanding of agentic Python frameworks to deliver AI capabilities into the apps they build.
• You should have strong team collaboration skills.
• You should be able to work autonomously and shape technical direction within a supportive team.

• You must hold your own right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a core contributor to a suite of internal tools that help our people work smarter and make better decisions.
• You will work in an agile, cross-functional team.
• You will own features end-to-end, from scoping requirements with business stakeholders through to production deployment.
• You will work across Python/FastAPI back ends and React/TypeScript front ends.
• You will help deliver AI capabilities into the apps we build.
