Lead Software Engineer - Core Quant Research Technology

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• BS or MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a science discipline
• Excellent software development skills in Python and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passion for building an innovative culture

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the transformation of portfolio construction and quant research technology
• Develop software as part of a high-performance, collaborative team
• Keep the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on development progress
• Apply depth of knowledge and expertise across all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Partner continuously with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals
• Help improve the design and development of an industry-leading platform
