Docusign Technical Consultant

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Substantial experience implementing and designing Docusign solutions within large or complex organisations
• Experience with Docusign eSignature implementation and solution design
• Experience with Docusign APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience with workflow and process automation
• Experience with enterprise application integration
• Experience with authentication, permissions and security
• Experience with solution architecture and technical design
• Experience with Docusign CLM and/or Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) would be advantageous
• Ability to operate as the Docusign authority within a programme
• Ability to understand business requirements, challenge existing approaches, and recommend better uses of Docusign

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Docusign subject matter expert within the programme
• Assess the current Docusign environment, architecture, integrations and workflows
• Identify limitations, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve platform usage across the business
• Design Docusign solutions around business and customer requirements
• Configure and optimise workflows, templates, permissions and authentication
• Design and support integrations between Docusign and other enterprise applications
• Work with Docusign APIs and associated integration technologies
• Advise on platform governance, security, scalability and best practice
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of existing processes
• Define appropriate solution and target-state architecture
• Provide hands-on specialist support through implementation and delivery

We have an established Docusign environment and are looking for deep platform expertise to review how Docusign is currently being used, identify opportunities to improve its application across the business, and design and implement more effective solutions. This role sits at the centre of the programme, working across technology and business teams to shape and deliver a better Docusign capability across our enterprise environment.
