Head of IT Services

Salary: £90,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant IT experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including M365, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
• Experience with networking, virtualisation, cloud computing/SaaS, and various software systems.
• Experience managing projects and budgets.
• Experience producing board reports.
• Experience managing relationships with MSPs, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse IT team.
• Very strong people management skills.
• Preferably experience working in a non-profit or regulated environment such as charity, healthcare, financial services, or the public sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for our IT services and technology infrastructure.
• Lead the development, operation, and continual improvement of our IT services.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, networks, cyber security, telecommunications, end-user services, and IT service management.
• Ensure our technology remains secure, resilient, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned to our strategic objectives and charitable mission.
• Manage IT projects and budgets.
• Prepare board reports.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Motivate, support, and develop our diverse IT team.
