Technical Lead

Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements:

• Leadership in guiding and nurturing teams to achieve their full potential, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Experience managing and mentoring other engineers, providing support and guidance
• A software engineering background and comfort working with a range of tools and technologies
• Experience leading the delivery of technical projects
• Collaboration skills and the ability to share technical expertise with others
• Web application design and RESTful API experience, particularly within a microservices architecture
• A structured programming approach, including TDD
• Strong architectural and system design expertise
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
