Senior Data Scientist

Salary: £25,000 - 65,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We partner with business leaders to shape domain strategy with data, directly influencing revenue, cost, and churn levers.
• We define experimental and quasi-experimental standards, advising on advanced studies such as synthetic controls and staggered rollouts.
• We design advanced structural models for complex behavioral questions, reasoning from first principles where no playbook exists.
• We write highly efficient, optimized SQL and Python to build robust metric trees.
• We translate complex statistical uncertainty and causal findings into clear, narrative-driven insights for leadership.
• We establish verification frameworks for AI-assisted analysis to catch theoretical reasoning errors.
