Data Architect / Data Modeler

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a passionate Data Modeler/Architect with experience building end-to-end data solutions.
• We require experience developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• We require experience creating and maintaining metadata, data dictionaries, and entity relationships.
• We require the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant data structures.
• We require experience modeling structured and unstructured data across relational and NoSQL databases.
• We require experience implementing data models on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• We require experience supporting data migration, integration, and reconciliation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• We will collaborate with architects, engineers, and analysts to shape the data backbone of large-scale programmes.
• We will develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• We will build end-to-end data lifecycle event flows aligned to logical models and systems.
• We will create and maintain comprehensive metadata, data dictionaries, and entity relationships.
• We will translate business needs into scalable, compliant data structures.
• We will champion data governance policies and standards.
• We will model structured and unstructured data across relational and NoSQL databases.
• We will implement data models on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• We will support data migration, integration, and reconciliation strategies.

We are a highly regarded client within the financial services sector, working on major enterprise data initiatives across Finance, CRM, and Master Data Management (MDM). The role is based in London with two days in the office each week. The day rate is 600 to 700 per day, the assignment is for a minimum of 6 months, and the engagement is Outside IR35.
