Change Management Lead

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• We require strong experience in change management within a consulting or retail environment, ideally in a data-driven context.
• We require a proven track record of delivering change across complex, cross-functional programmes.
• We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• We require experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics and Commercial.
• We require the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure and clarity to complex challenges.
• We require an agile mindset, with the ability to manage risk and adapt to changing priorities.
• We require a self-driven, proactive approach and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with our tools, data or methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• We develop and deliver change management roadmaps and plans across multiple business areas and transformation programmes.
• We apply change management methodologies to guide stakeholders through the full change lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective adoption.
• We assess business readiness and evaluate the scale and impact of change, implementing strategies to maximise adoption and minimise risk.
• We build and maintain strong relationships across our teams and Tesco teams, including Commercial, Capability, Product and Technology stakeholders.
• We understand end-user needs, objectives and pain points to ensure change initiatives are relevant, practical and adopted at scale.
• We collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to land change effectively, leveraging their expertise and networks.
• We partner with Tesco Product, Commercial and Capability teams to support delivery of the wider transformation vision.
• We balance detailed workstream knowledge with programme-wide oversight, ensuring consistency while maintaining clarity across complex initiatives.
• We lead and coordinate subject matter experts to deliver detailed outputs while simplifying messaging for different stakeholder audiences.
• We champion structured, insight-led ways of working that support long-term behavioural change and measurable business impact.
