Technical Product Manager

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need a product-first mindset with enough technical depth to build, make sensible trade-offs, and work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• We want hands-on experience using AI-native tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to deliver real products, features, or workflows, not just prototypes or side projects.
• We need fluency in engaging stakeholders, uncovering business needs, and translating them into actionable solutions.
• We want comfort working in ambiguous environments, making decisions, and changing course quickly when needed.
• We need strong communication skills and commercial awareness, with the confidence to represent us externally.
• Experience in adtech, creator economy, influencer marketing, or social media platforms is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We own the end-to-end journey from stakeholder conversation to live feature, using AI-native tools to accelerate delivery.
• We join customer and internal calls, extract the real requirements, translate them into practical, buildable solutions, and ship them ourselves.
• We shape workflow tools, integrations, automation layers, and AI-powered product features that remove manual work and embed the platform deeper in enterprise environments.
• We make product decisions in imperfect conditions, scoping, prioritising, and iterating quickly without waiting for fully defined specs.
• We use our technical understanding to reason through systems, judge trade-offs, and ensure solutions are robust and scalable.
• We test, challenge, and refine our own work, covering edge cases, writing tests, and catching issues before they reach users.
• We represent the business credibly with both internal teams and senior client stakeholders, communicating clearly and commercially.

We are a commercially proven AdTech business rebuilding our platform from the ground up with AI-native tools like Claude Code. We operate as a small team of hands-on builders at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI, with real ownership, no handoff, and no queue. This is a hybrid role based in London with regular in-person days. The package includes a salary of 90,000 to 120,000 per annum depending on experience, an annual bonus scheme, 25 days PTO plus bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off, 3 wellness days, paid sick leave, and an annual Learning & Development budget.
