Graduate Technology & AI Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Technology or a similar subject
• Genuine interest in AI, software and emerging technologies
• Some programming or software development experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A proactive and curious approach
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses operate
• Confidence to ask questions, contribute ideas and get involved
• Personal software projects, experimenting with AI, or developing your own applications would be particularly interesting

Responsibilities:

• Work across our business to understand how things currently operate and identify areas for improvement
• Explore how technology can provide better solutions across the business
• Develop and improve internal software and applications
• Explore new ways to use AI across the business
• Automate manual processes
• Improve systems, integrations, and reporting
• Identify technology-led improvements
• Develop and test new ideas and solutions
• Support wider technology projects
• Understand why an improvement is needed and help develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and support our growth
