CAD Data Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £37,700 - 42,350 per year
Requirements:- We need strong CAD and 3D modelling skills across design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
- We need experience in data management, data quality, and data assurance across the full project lifecycle.
- We need knowledge of design, engineering, CAD, and 3D model data.
- We need knowledge of data content and production management.
- We need knowledge of data quality techniques, data assurance processes, and root cause analysis.
- We need knowledge of BIM processes as outlined in ISO 19650 and related industry standards.
- We need knowledge of data interoperability and experience working with open formats.
- We need communication skills to support training and upskilling.
- We need stakeholder engagement experience.
- We need experience of raising awareness of digital engineering through briefing sessions and organisational support.
- We need experience working within defined standards, processes, and systems while contributing to process improvement.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
- We manage data exchanges for suppliers within or delivering to our Common Data Environment, with a focus on CAD data.
- We report data quality issues and analyse root causes for our Digital Engineering Team, delivery teams, and suppliers.
- We ensure compliance with our digital engineering standards, specifications, and operating procedures.
- We develop and deliver training and support to our business functions, delivery teams, and suppliers.
- We identify opportunities for improvement and feed back into information requirements, specification development, and standards creation.
- We contribute to the management of our Common Data Environment and information governance.
- We support transformation of data for other functional uses and facilitate data assurance and approval by others.
- We contribute to the delivery of our Digital Engineering programme, including benefits realisation, integration and evolution of data standards and tools, and awareness of our strategic goals.

This CAD Data Analyst role is based in London or Birmingham and sits within our Digital Engineering team, supporting suppliers and delivery functions across graphical, non-graphical, and geospatial information. We offer a salary of up to £37,700 in Birmingham or up to £42,350 in London, plus a flexible benefits fund of 15% paid on top of base salary and fully pensionable, alongside a range of competitive benefits.
