Tech Lead

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need someone with experience managing remote teams.
• We need a Tech Lead who can work hands-on, especially initially.
• We are looking for someone comfortable with our current stack, including Java, Kotlin, Swift, Angular, and Node.
• We prefer someone who can work mostly remotely, with one day in the office post-Covid.

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to be our first Tech Lead and first in-house technical hire.
• You will help shape our engineering culture and architecture.
• You will manage our off-shore development team based in India.
• You will contribute hands-on development work as needed, especially at the start.
