Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- MSP background is essential.
- Proven breadth across multiple products and vendors, not just a single specialism.
- Experience managing infrastructure at scale in large multi-site or high-endpoint environments.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing ownership.
- Team management experience, including direct reports or clear leadership of a technical team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work fully onsite.
- Manage and maintain networks and infrastructure across a large multi-site estate of approximately 4,000 endpoints.
- Work across a broad product set including firewalls, switching, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and backup systems.
- Own client relationships commercially as well as technically.
- Scope, deploy, and document projects end to end.
- Manage or lead a team and take responsibility for output and development.

We are recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our MSP-focused IT team near Elland. This is a hands-on role where we offer genuine autonomy to own projects end to end, alongside a competitive salary of £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
