Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the functional area to drive the design and realisation phase.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using Vercel v0, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of AI-powered application development, prompt engineering, reusable UI components, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and documentation.
• Expertise in building responsive and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, API integrations, authentication, and serverless architectures.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, and AI agent frameworks.
• Good understanding of RAG, vector databases, and conversational AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment using Vercel, Azure, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security, including OAuth, SSO, API security, and OWASP best practices.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered web applications using Vercel v0, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
• Drive rapid application development through AI-assisted tools and reusable component frameworks.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces, APIs, and cloud-native application architectures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and development teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and application security guidelines.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud-hosted environments.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Evaluate emerging AI and web technologies to drive innovation and improve development productivity.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

We are supporting a client in London and Coventry, UK, for a long-term hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite and 1–2 days remote.
