Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience leading enterprise web or digital transformation programmes
• Strong digital product or product management background
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital teams
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital agencies
• A data-driven approach to improving digital performance
• Higher Education experience is not essential
• We are keen to hear from candidates who have delivered digital transformation within complex organisations across sectors such as retail, healthcare, charity or the public sector

• Lead a major web and CMS transformation programme
• Own our website product roadmap and delivery
• Improve customer journeys using data and user insight
• Lead internal teams and external digital agencies
• Drive stakeholder engagement across Marketing and Technology
• Champion product-led ways of working and continuous improvement

We are offering an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an Interim Associate Director of Web & Digital Products within the Education Sector. You will join a major organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and lead a large-scale website transformation programme.
