Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• In-depth experience with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omniscript configuration
• Strong Salesforce core configuration skills including objects, flows, fields, and permissions
• Experience providing technical support to Salesforce users and customers in line with agreed SLAs
• Ability to handle Salesforce support requests including bug fixes, queries, changes, and basic development requests
• Experience owning the end-to-end Salesforce operational support cycle, including analysis, investigation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, implementation, and reporting
• Experience working directly with customers across multiple channels including phone, email, messaging, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Advantageous: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Advantageous: Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud experience
• Advantageous: Marketing Cloud Engagement experience
• Advantageous: Apex coding experience
• Advantageous: Lightning Web Components (LWCs) experience
• Advantageous: experience working within an IT consultancy environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to our Salesforce users and managed service clients
• Deliver technical support to our Salesforce customers and their specific Salesforce implementations in line with agreed SLAs
• Manage a range of Salesforce support requests, including bug fixes, queries, changes, and basic development requests
• Own the end-to-end Salesforce operational support cycle, including analysis, investigation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, implementation, and reporting
• Work directly with our customers across phone, email, messaging, and Salesforce Experience Cloud channels

We are a specialist IT consultancy business offering a permanent Salesforce Administrator opportunity based in Derbyshire on a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week working remotely and 3 days per week on-site north of Derby. The role is available to start ASAP during Summer 2026. We offer a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, healthcare, and professional training.
