IT Technician - Paganhill

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting hardware, software and operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience supporting audio-visual technology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently whilst managing a varied workload.
• A proactive, organised and solution-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience working in education is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-line IT support across multiple schools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Support Windows, Apple and Chrome devices.
• Install, maintain and repair laptops, Chromebooks and audio-visual equipment.
• Support classroom technology, printing, telephony, CCTV and other key systems.
• Assist with network maintenance, software deployment and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain accurate asset records and support documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with school colleagues.

This is a hands-on, permanent IT Technician role based primarily at Marling School, with regular travel to Callowell Primary School, Berkeley Primary School, Camwoodfield Junior School and Hillview Primary School.
