2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £48,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance, or eligibility to undergo SC Clearance
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles
• Ability to handle incoming technical support incidents, requests, and changes
• Ability to manage a personal call queue and close calls in a timely fashion
• Ability to provide ongoing customer updates and communication
• Ability to resolve issues ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
• Ability to escalate calls to 3rd Line Team as necessary
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit, highly skilled team of engineers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work with internal teams, including 3rd Line Technical Delivery Teams, Development, and Projects
• Ability to perform software builds and re-builds on PCs and laptops
• Ability to fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming technical support incidents, requests, and changes

• Provide updates and maintain ongoing customer communication
• Resolve calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
• Escalate calls to the 3rd Line Team as necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams such as 3rd Line Technical Delivery Teams, Development, and Projects
