Senior Insight Analyst

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in an analytical, commercial insight, or customer analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake.
• Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.
• Experience using Python for analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence decision-making through insight.
• Experience in commercially focused analytics such as finance, pricing, retention, acquisition, CRM, or customer value analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across commercial, product, and customer teams to provide actionable insight.
• Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value, and retention trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
• Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.
