IT Technician / IT Support Technician

Salary: £26,000 - 29,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in IT support, working with hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and deployment
• Knowledge of networks
• Experience in the education sector is highly beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of systems and users
• Provide solutions to issues affecting all aspects of IT
• Work remotely via the service desk and face to face on site in the local area
