Application Support Lead

Salary: £48,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on SQL skills, working as an escalation point for support teams
• Debugging experience, ideally in C#, with transferable object-oriented programming experience considered
• 3rd line application support experience
• Experience with Azure or AWS platform
• Some technical people leadership experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead resolution of complex technical tickets across the SaaS platform
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
• Debug across a range of programming languages
• Lead critical incident response and post-incident reviews
• Manage, coach, and develop 4-5 senior technical staff
• Provide technical insight to Product and Engineering teams to help steer the roadmap for the product lines
