IT Support Engineer

Requirements:

• Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system administration and support
• Microsoft Stack experience including Office 365 and Intune administration and support
• Active Directory administration and management experience
• Experience using a ticketing system to respond to portal requests and support users
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be commutable to Manchester 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across hardware, software, infrastructure and network
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory and Windows 11
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and troubleshooting issues
• Contribute to technology updates and develop ITIL best practices
• Support additional IT projects

We are recruiting an IT Support Engineer in Manchester for a 3-month contract to manage BAU workload and provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support. We are looking for someone personable with a professional passion for delivering excellent IT support services. The role requires onsite attendance in Manchester five days a week.
