IT Trainer

Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience delivering IT, systems or applications training, or strong systems experience with a passion for helping users
• Experience within a knowledge-based environment would be highly desirable
• Strong understanding of business systems, technology and user adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping people get the best from technology

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging systems training, workshops and drop-in sessions
• Support the rollout of new technology, upgrades and system enhancements
• Act as a superuser and trusted advisor for systems and technology
• Create digital learning content, guides, videos and e-learning resources
• Support new starter onboarding and induction programmes
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve system adoption and user confidence
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, learning and user experience
