Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience configuring Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into CRM configurations
• Knowledge of Dynamics best practices
• Understanding of marketing and member lifecycle workflows

• Configure out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality to meet business needs
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations
• Support backlog refinement and solution design
• Recommend improvements based on Dynamics best practice
• Ensure CRM processes align with marketing and member lifecycle workflows
