3rd Line Server Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £33,000 - 38,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure/Entra and Microsoft 365
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Experience supporting Microsoft RDS/AVD and Exchange environments
- Proven systems administration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Administer and optimise Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud services and enterprise systems
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Manage and maintain a global estate of more than 600 servers, ensuring systems are patched, monitored and operating efficiently
- Provide third-line support and technical expertise, troubleshooting complex hardware, software and infrastructure issues
- Work closely with ICT teams and business stakeholders to keep systems secure, reliable and performant
