3rd Line Escalations Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 years in a 3rd line role within an MSP
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows Server skills
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple clients with a wide variety of technologies
• Work as part of our helpdesk team in an escalations / 3rd line engineering capacity
• Mentor more junior engineers
• Attend occasional client site visits when required

We are working with an MSP in the Amersham area to recruit a 3rd line / escalations engineer to join our helpdesk team. This is a Monday to Friday, 100% office-based position with occasional client site visits. You will be part of a close-knit team supporting multiple clients across a wide range of technologies.
