1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - 33,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• 2 to 3 years of IT support experience
• Full driving licence, as we visit multiple sites
• Microsoft certifications would be highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support by handling new tickets
• Deliver 2nd line desktop support
• Carry out new builds and set up users, including mobile devices
• Support server administration tasks, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Provide general application support
• Work on site at one of our clients as part of our MSP service
• Help ensure our IT function runs as smoothly as possible
