Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire product testing cycle, including requirements analysis, design reviews, test case design, test execution, and test report preparation

• Track, analyze, and report software issues throughout the testing process; proactively promote timely and effective resolution of defects

• Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and tools; design and execute automated test cases, and help build automated testing environments

• Guarantee the quality of systems under test and drive continual improvements in R&D quality and efficiency through innovation in testing processes and methodologies

• This role is based onsite at our Munich office

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field, with more than 3 years of testing experience

• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with a diverse, international team

• Strong knowledge of testing processes, test case design methods, and hands-on experience in Web/App/API/performance testing

• Skilled in at least one scripting language (such as Python or Java), competent in SQL, and experienced with UI automation, interface testing, and mainstream frameworks like Pytest

• Familiar with servers, Kafka, Redis, and related technologies; practical SQL expertise

• Proven project experience in at least two of the following areas: automated testing, performance testing, algorithm testing, or big data testing

• Strong learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and collaborative, with strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to handle work pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Experience in the new energy, photovoltaic, or energy storage system industries is a strong plus
