Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Our client develops highly complex technologies in the field of deep tech, with a strong focus on quantum communication. Within an international team of physicists and engineers, solutions are created that are deployed both on Earth and in space. This role is not about traditional project structures, but about the intelligent coordination of scarce and highly specialized resources. This is exactly where you come in. You will take ownership of multiple parallel projects and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. Tasks

• Plan and allocate resources across multiple parallel projects
• Monitor project progress and identify bottlenecks at an early stage
• Develop solutions for resource conflicts and project delays
• Strategically plan future resource requirements
• Organize and facilitate internal meetings, including documentation
• Support billing processes for funded projects
• Optionally take on responsibilities in Customer Success and collaborate with external partners

Requirements

• Initial experience in project management, resource management, or similar roles
• Structured and analytical mindset with a high level of ownership
• Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel while maintaining a clear overview
• Solid technical understanding to translate developer challenges into effective planning
• Confident handling of project management tools such as MS Project or similar
• Very good English skills at C1 level
• Strong intrinsic motivation and a self-driven working style
