QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.</p> <p>As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Future Role at QRT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.</li> <li>Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage.</li> <li>Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required.</li> <li>Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Present Skillset</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li> <li>0–2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented.</li> </ul> <p>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
