Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior RevOps Manager to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's revenue engine. We've grown past $10M ARR on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling outbound and sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs an owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.

You'll report to our CRO and work daily with Sales, Growth, and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the HubSpot instance, establish a weekly forecasting cadence with sales leadership, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a hands-on builder role with real ownership: you design the system, then run it.

What You'll Do

• Own HubSpot end to end as the single source of truth: architecture, lifecycle stages, routing, and the data hygiene standards that make everything downstream trustworthy

• Build and run the forecasting rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership, coverage and conversion reporting, and a forecast the board can rely on

• Design territories, capacity plans, and quota mechanics as the sales team grows, and partner with Finance on comp plan design and deal desk workflows

• Automate the manual work out of the GTM motion with AI-native tooling (Clay, n8n, and whatever comes next), from enrichment and routing to renewal triggers

• Unify the product-led and sales-led funnels so signups, hand-raisers, and outbound flow through one coherent lifecycle

• Shape the global GTM stack together with the New York team, and partner with Business Systems on the BI and reporting layer

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering at a B2B SaaS company, ideally through a scale-up phase

• Expert-level HubSpot skills: you've owned an instance, not just worked in one

• Demonstrated success using AI tools (Clay, Apollo, n8n, or similar) to multiply a GTM team's output

• You've built forecasting, funnel reporting, or planning processes that leadership actually used to make decisions

• Structured communicator who can hold their own with sales leaders, finance, and founders

• Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week

Bonus Points

• Experience building a RevOps function from scratch at an early-stage startup

• Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion

• Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations

• SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
