Role Description

This is a part-time remote role, ideal for an individual with expertise in high-level management and strategic operations. The role includes driving business development opportunities, streamlining operations, managing budgets, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to maximize organizational efficiency and contribute to growth initiatives for implementing FICA Boost’s innovative program.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive organizational effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify opportunities, and propose actionable insights.
• Solid Finance and Budgeting experience to manage financial resources, optimize savings, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in HR, operations, or financial management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to engage with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders.
• Prior experience in program implementation, consulting, or a related field is a plus.
