Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Privacy Annotation Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves reviewing and annotating data to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities include identifying sensitive information, applying privacy labels, and documenting decisions for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and annotate text, images, or audio data to classify and label privacy-sensitive content.

• Apply privacy tags and metadata according to predefined guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Validate annotations for accuracy and consistency across datasets.

• Document annotation decisions and rationale to support compliance audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine annotation guidelines and improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with data annotation, labeling, or content moderation in a privacy-focused context.

• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.

• Proficiency in using annotation tools or platforms for data labeling.

• Strong written communication skills to document decisions and rationale.
