About Zeit AI

In the coming years, companies will replace their internal data teams with AI agents to run more efficiently. We will be the solution they'll use. ZeitMind connects to the systems companies already run (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, internal databases), cleans messy data, runs analyses on its own and builds data applications. Every employee can then work with data in plain language, with no technical degree and no help from IT. Our customers use it to organise agricultural inventories, to schedule maintenance, crew and flights for jet operators, and to replace controllers' manual Excel reports.. Founded by Marvin and Leopold, both ex-Palantir. YC S24, backed by Oxford Seed Fund and Sequoia Scout. Customers in manufacturing, agriculture and aviation. Zero to €1M ARR in our first twelve months with six people. Small team, one room in Munich, regular team offsites.

Your Mission: Own how Zeit AI shows up

As our first marketing hire, you own everything between someone hearing our name for the first time and Sales having a qualified conversation. Website, search, content, brand, events. Your mission is to turn that into a steady stream of inbound from DACH.

Your Daily Business - no two days are alike

• The website, in Webflow: content, structure, landing pages, conversion, tracking. You build and ship it yourself

• SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical work, backlinks. A bet you keep placing, not a project that ends

• SEA: Google Ads and LinkedIn, measured on qualified inbound, not impressions

• YouTube: building and maintaining our channel with product demos, customer stories and explainers

• PR and thought leadership: press articles, guest lectures and talks, getting Marvin and Leopold in front of the right audiences

• Writing: blog, landing pages, one-pagers, customer stories

• Brand guidelines that stick: fonts, colours, templates, tone, and the discipline to hold the line once they exist

• Events, end to end: selection, stand, materials, speaker slots, follow-up

• Reporting: you know which channel produced which pipeline

Your Skillset - what you bring to the table

• 2 to 3 years in B2B marketing, ideally as the first or only marketer somewhere. What you have shipped counts more than where

• You have marketed something that needs explaining: complex B2B products, ideally to operational buyers

• Hands-on with Webflow, SEO, SEA and GA4. You have built the pages and run the campaigns yourself

• German and English, both fluent.

• You write sharply, think visually, and notice when something looks off

• AI-native: you automate the repetitive parts and use tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork to move faster

• Nice to have: an eye for product UX
