Die Cross ALM GmbH ist eine spezialisierte SAP-Beratung mit Fokus auf Application Lifecycle Management. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung ihrer SAP-ALM-Landschaften – von Solution Manager bis Cloud ALM.
Aufgaben
Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Beratungs- und Umsetzungsaufgaben in laufenden Kundenprojekten rund um den SAP Solution Manager und Focused Build. Je nach Projektzuschnitt reicht das Spektrum von Konzeption und Customizing über Prozessberatung (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Requirements-to-Deploy) bis hin zu Rollouts und Betriebsunterstützung. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden und unserem Inhouse-Team zusammen.
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Monitoring, BPMon o. ä.)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Focused Build – idealerweise end-to-end über Requirements, Solution Documentation, Test und Release
- Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Pharmabranche oder in validierten Umgebungen (GxP, Computer System Validation, Change Control nach regulatorischen Anforderungen)
- Kenntnisse in SAP Cloud ALM oder angrenzenden ALM-Tools
