Founder's Associate

About the Role

We are an early-stage consumer nutrition brand at the intersection of men's health, beverages, and next-generation supplementation — and we're hiring our first full-time Founder's Associate in Berlin. This is a high-impact, generalist role working directly alongside the founder to shape brand, product, and go-to-market from the ground up. For the right person, there is a clear path toward a co-founder relationship.

You'll be on-site in Berlin, embedded in a small and fast-moving team, with enormous ownership from day one. This role is ideal for a driven early-career generalist who has genuine taste for consumer brands and wants to build something real — not just optimise a dashboard.

Note: German fluency is a hard requirement. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

• Ramp up quickly and support the founder across brand, product, and operational tasks — often simultaneously.

• Own go-to-market execution for the Germany launch: strategy, positioning, early customer acquisition, and iteration.

• Contribute meaningfully to brand building — bringing taste, style, and a strong point of view on what makes a great consumer product.

• Coordinate a small team (working students, interns, and a fractional performance lead) and manage external contractors and vendors.

• Define early customer experiences and establish feedback loops to inform product and brand development.

• Execute day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects with a high degree of autonomy.

• Work on-site in Berlin and collaborate closely with the founder and a lean contractor network.

What We're Looking For

• German fluency (C1/native) — this is a hard filter; our go-to-market is Germany-first.

• A true generalist: comfortable moving across brand, ops, product, and team coordination without losing quality.

• Genuine affinity for consumer brands and physical products — not a pure SaaS, analytics, or B2B background.

• Demonstrated taste and aesthetic sensibility; you know what a cool brand feels like and why it works.

• Berlin-based and fully available for on-site work (or ready to relocate).

• 0–4 years of experience; university pedigree is a positive signal but not required — drive and output matter more.

• Comfort with ambiguity, fast context-switching, and working in an early-stage environment with limited structure.

• Proven ability to move from strategy to execution without hand-holding.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €24,000 – €36,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Equity: 5% ESOP

• Co-founder path: Explicitly on the table for the right candidate

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. This is not a remote or hybrid role — presence and collaboration are central to how the team operates.
