Wir suchen einen Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung in Systemeinführungen.
Aufgaben
- Analyse bestehender Legacy-Systeme (u. a. InnoSoft, ICSales, Vlex)
- Beratung zur Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 in den Bereichen Sales, Finance oder Customer Service Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Begleitung der Implementierung und Migration
- Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereich und IT
- Fehleranalyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Erstellung fachlicher und technischer Dokumentationen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance und/oder Customer Service)
- Erfahrung in Einführungs-, Migrations- oder Transformationsprojekten
- Kenntnisse in Power Apps / Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Power Apps
- Erfahrung mit DevOps-Prozessen, idealerweise Azure DevOps
- Technisches Verständnis für Schnittstellen und Datenmigrationen
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
