We are looking for a Working Student to join our Marketplaces team in Berlin. In this role, you will support our Marketplace Managers in driving the success of our global Amazon and marketplace business. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating product testing and research activities, as well as managing and analysing customer reviews to uncover valuable insights. You will help transform customer feedback into actionable recommendations for our Product, Content, and Marketing teams, contributing directly to business improvements. In addition, you will support a variety of operational and executional tasks, including marketplace listing updates and other day-to-day projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented student to gain hands-on e-commerce experience in a fast-growing international environment, with flexible working hours that fit around your studies.


What you will do
  • Help organise and coordinate our product testing and research activities, working closely with the marketplace managers.
  • Monitor and analyse our customer reviews across marketplaces, spotting recurring themes, issues and opportunities.
  • Turn review insights into clear, actionable suggestions for product improvements and share them with the product team.
  • Use review feedback to help improve our product content and the way we communicate around our products, feeding suggestions to the content team.
  • Flag relevant review themes to the marketing team to help shape messaging and campaigns.
  • Act as a central point for review management, coordinating feedback between the product, content and marketing teams.
  • Support the marketplace managers on execution projects, such as updating and optimising product listings.
  • Help out on a range of smaller tasks and projects across the team wherever an extra hand is needed.
  • Keep samples, records, trackers and documentation well organised and up to date.

    • What you should bring
  • Currently enrolled at a German university in a related discipline with at least 12 months of enrollment remaining.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, Amazon, and the dynamics of online marketplaces.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working for a brand that communicates openly and confidently about sexual wellness.
