Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
Du hast einen IT-Hintergrund und Lust, dich tief in ein modernes PSA-System einzuarbeiten? Bei uns drehst du dich voll und ganz um HaloPSA – von Funktionen über Konfiguration bis zu Integrationen und Schnittstellen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Tools sauber miteinander sprechen und unser Tagesgeschäft rund läuft.
- Einrichtung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer PSA-Plattform (du wirst zum internen Experten)
- Konfiguration von Funktionen und Anpassung an unsere internen Prozesse
- Aufbau und Betreuung von Integrationen und Schnittstellen via REST-APIs
- Anbindung an unsere bestehende Tool-Landschaft (z. B. Microsoft 365)
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und eigenständige Umsetzung
- Dokumentation von Konfigurationen, Workflows und Integrationen
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) mit IT-Hintergrund (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar) – wichtig ist uns vor allem dein Interesse und deine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du hast gutes Allgemeinwissen rund um Cloud, APIs und Schnittstellenanbindungen
- Du kennst dich mit REST-APIs aus und verstehst, wie Systeme miteinander kommunizieren
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit HaloPSA (oder einem anderen PSA-/Ticketing-System) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
Das darfst Du erwarten:
- Aktuelles Apple Equipment
- Jährliche Teamreise nach Mallorca
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten (15–20 Std./Woche), teilweise mobiles Arbeiten möglich
- Unbegrenzte Erfrischungsgetränke, Kaffee und Obst
- Dein Stundenlohn liegt – abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und deinem Hintergrund – zwischen 15 und 20 €
