Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance essential
• Previous experience working within secure Government or Defence environments
• Technical testing experience across Microsoft environments
• Exposure to M365 and/or SharePoint
• Understanding of Azure/cloud environments
• Experience with performance testing or technical benchmarking would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working closely with infrastructure, cloud and application specialists
• Able to work fully onsite in Bristol, 5 days per week for the duration of the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, integration and technical testing across the migrated environment
• Support testing of SharePoint and M365 services following migration and upgrade activities
• Carry out performance testing and benchmarking within Azure
• Develop and execute test scripts, scenarios and test plans
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution
• Work closely with technical SMEs to validate migrated services
• Support regression and acceptance testing

We are hiring a hands-on Technical Tester to support a secure Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure migration programme within a Defence environment. This is a 5-month initial contract with potential extension, inside IR35, based in Bristol with a fully onsite working model of 5 days per week. The assignment is set to start in early September, and active SC Clearance is essential.
