Technology Support Analyst

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Possess expert knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), iManage, iManage Work 10, and Litera ChangePro
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of standard hardware components and peripherals
• Display the ability to develop knowledge of firm templates and macros, the intranet, and other custom firm applications and tools
• A high school diploma or an equivalent
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, preferably
• Technology support experience
• Experience in installations and upgrades, training and technical documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to desktop and notebook systems, hardware, and customer related services
• Handle Cisco VOIP administration and associated equipment related to these systems and applications
• Provide support for printers and Multi-Functional Device (MFD) hardware and settings
• Assist end users with firm-approved applications using a variety of different methods
• Support applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Litera ChangePro, InTapp Time, Bighand Digital Dictation, Remote Computing (VMware and VPN), and other applications as deemed necessary
• Keep abreast of new technologies and review appropriate Technology media sites
• Work with BlackBerry Enterprise Server, BlackBerry UEM, and BlackBerry Work to support our mobile platform
• Quickly assess situations and provide solutions for remote access issues
• Set up, configure, and install software on PC computers, notebook computers, printers, and networking equipment
