Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

• We are interested in what you can do, not simply how many technologies you can list on your CV.

Responsibilities:

• We will ask you to test, analyse and continually improve AI-powered solutions and automated workflows.
• We will ask you to investigate why AI solutions succeed or fail and help improve their performance.
• We will ask you to identify manual and repetitive processes that could be automated.
• We will ask you to use AI-assisted development tools to prototype ideas and solutions.
• We will ask you to help integrate AI capabilities with wider business systems and data.
• We will ask you to measure the performance, adoption and business impact of AI solutions.
• We will ask you to explore emerging AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities for Greenarc.
• We will ask you to help improve our CRM, internal applications and wider business systems.
• We will ask you to investigate system and data issues and identify root causes.
• We will ask you to work with databases, APIs and system integrations.
• We will ask you to query and analyse data to answer business and technical questions.
• We will ask you to support dashboards, reporting and management information.
• We will ask you to help improve data quality and the flow of information between systems.
• We will ask you to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• We will ask you to take ownership of smaller technology projects and system improvements.
• We will ask you to support larger strategic technology projects.
• We will ask you to work directly with developers, suppliers and teams across the business.
• We will ask you to turn requirements into clear actions, specifications and development tasks.

We are Greenarc Fuel Cards, a growing UK business investing in how AI, automation, data and modern technology can improve the way we operate and serve our customers. This is a hands-on Technology & AI Analyst role spanning AI, automation, business systems, data and technology projects, with direct exposure to senior technology leadership and live delivery across the full technology lifecycle. We offer a salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience, plus a company car, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Friday early finish, hybrid working, increasing ownership and responsibility, and clear career progression from Technology & AI Analyst to Senior Technology & AI Analyst and then Technology & AI Manager. The role is hybrid remote in Padiham BB12 7NG.
