SuccessFactors Systems Administrator

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential
• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience
• Ability to independently manage system administration tasks
• Strong experience in Employee Central
• Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports

Responsibilities:

• Support, embed, and optimise our SAP SuccessFactors system
• Work across the modules in scope: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning
• Take an early focus on reporting and help deepen our data, reporting, and insights capability
• Support system configuration, workflow improvements, and project work
• Manage system administration tasks independently

We are a renowned global law firm offering a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days working remotely. This is an additional headcount within our growing People Systems team, which currently includes a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst based in our London office.
